SwapFaceAI is an online face-editing tool that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to create unique content ("Services"). Once registered, you can immediately use SwapFaceAI. You can select images or videos from a preset directory or upload them from your device for face-editing processing. After uploading, you can generate new content by clicking the generate button or similar options. Certain features may be restricted if you are not a paid subscriber.
1.2 Subscriptions
We reserve the right to offer certain services exclusively to paid users. Subscriptions begin after the first payment is made and must be paid using the method and amount specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for paying all fees, charges, and taxes associated with the transaction (if required by law).

13.1 Premium Benefits
As a SwapFaceAI Premium member, you will receive:

Priority processing.
100 credits per month.
Maximum video length: 15 minutes.
Discounts on credit packages.
Early access to new features.
Maximum video size: 500MB.
Support for multiple video and photo formats.
13.2 Subscription Fees and Billing
SwapFaceAI Premium costs $19.99 per month. Billing is monthly and requires a valid payment method (e.g., credit card).
Your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel.
Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
13.3 Canceling Auto-Renewal
To cancel your subscription and stop auto-renewal, contact us at contact@swapfaceai.com. To avoid disputes, please cancel at least one week in advance.
Note that canceling a subscription does not result in a refund of previously charged fees. Premium features remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
13.4 Commitment to Transparency
We are committed to providing clear and honest subscription service information. We do not engage in deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

14. Refund Policy
Refunds for SwapFaceAI Premium are only available if no credits have been used since the last payment and the request is made within 14 days of the transaction.
Refunds are not available if:
The order was placed more than 14 days ago.
Any credits from the plan or package have been used.
Credits from official rewards were used.
The refund request is deemed malicious or fraudulent.
